Seeking Room in South London Area

My names Sean, I’m a 32 years old self employed personal trainer currently living near Clapham Common/Brixton and working in Herne Hill. Looking to move from my current flat in the summer, however can move anytime between now and then. Ideally hoping to share with 1, max 2 other people, live in landlords or house share are both ok for me.

About myself...

I grew up in rural Ireland, studied commerce and international hotel management, lived and worked in a number of different countries, found myself back in London at the end of 2020 which is when I started to work in the fitness industry. Staying fit and healthy is a strong passion of mine, but I am by no means obsessive about it (I enjoy my food and drink too much for that). I love many sports, golf is my main go to at the moment, but love boxing, mma, padel, squash… I’ll enjoy any sport! Outside of fitness I'm big into music, love going to concerts and events, try and travel as much as I can, enjoy being outdoors as much as I can, and since my job is quite physical I do enjoy my lazy Sundays. Would be great to share a place with someone who is also neat, tidy and considerate. I'm a well organised person, clean as I go, and keep things looking tidy, so that's the kind of place I am searching for.

Happy to have a chat on the phone or come over for a viewing, can be quite flexible in the afternoon/evenings to arrange a time, or grab a drink/coffee to meetup.
