Prospective mover for next year

Hi, I'm Taharka (24y/o male), and I'm looking for a room near Patchway Station for work. I'm generally quiet, respectful of boundaries, and easy to get along with (I hope).

— Junior software engineer

# What am I looking for?

— A room in a (partially) furnished house, the fewer rooms the better.
— Ideally I'd like to share with at most two others.
— Like-minded individuals, like other finalists, graduates or professionals. But, a diverse flat in age, gender and area of work is perfectly fine.
— Included bills and WiFi are preferred, but not imperative.

# What am I *not* looking for?

— My last flat did not have proper ventilation in the kitchen! This is non-negotiable!
— No smokers, or do it far from the house!
