Looking for a 2-bed buddy ASAP 🏡

Hi! I’m Hiba, 32, a Sports Physiotherapist, and I’ve been living in London since 2021.

I’m looking to buddy up with someone to find a lovely 2-bed flat together, ideally around the City, Angel, Hackney, Shoreditch, Battersea or Clapham, although I’m open to other areas for the right place.

A little about me :
I’m a big reader and love dancing, the gym, creative classes, picnics and bakery runs. I have a good social life and enjoy getting out and about, but I’m definitely not looking for a party house. After a long day at work, I really value coming home to somewhere calm, clean and peaceful.

I’m tidy, and I genuinely look after a flat like it’s my home. I’d love to buddy up with someone who feels the same and is happy to do their share in keeping the place clean, cosy and homely.

I also really value having a good relationship with my flatmate - very happy to grab dinner, go for a walk, watch something together or have a glass of gin, equally I’m respectful of having our own lives and space.

I never work from home, so I’m out of the flat most days.

I’m currently in Kenya until 12th September, and ideally looking to move by end of. Sept /October, or sooner if I find the right person and can arrange a replacement for my current tenancy.
