Looking for a Spacious Room in a Modern Home

Hi, I’m looking for a new place as my current landlord is selling the flat.

A bit about me: I’m 32F and work in the fitness industry. I have a well-established and consistent client base, and split my time between working from home and at a fitness centre. I work from home around 20 hours a week, so having a good-sized room, ideally with an ensuite, is really important as I need space for a proper work setup and my music keyboard. I use headphones, so noise wouldn’t be an issue.

I’m clean, respectful, easy to live with, and very considerate of shared spaces. I like a home to feel calm, tidy, and comfortable.

I’d ideally like to stay around Dalston, Angel, or Shoreditch. I don’t smoke, and while I very occasionally enjoy a glass of wine, I’m very much looking for a peaceful and well-kept and calm place (1 pet max)

I’d love to live with people (2 max) who are friendly and open to having a good relationship at home, while also respecting each other’s space and routine.
