Practically What I’m looking for:
🌱 6/12 month tenancy starting around end of Feb
🌱Single/Double room (preferably unfurnished)
🌱 Preferably a space/table I can use as a desk (not necessarily in the room)
🌱 Max £750 inc. bills
🌱 Anywhere within 20 minutes cycle of town centre is good (Filton is too far)
🌱 Bike storage space (inside/outside)
🌱 LGBT+ friendly household

🌿 Currently making a transition from completing an MSc in Jan at UWE (in about Climate Change political economy) to working but already have regular income from universal credit/savings that comfortably covers all rent + bills. I have a guarantor currently who I could use if necessary in future.

What I value in a house share:
🍀Looking for housemates who hopefully become great friends! (not a generic 'professional' househare).
🍀Prefer more extroverted folks where we can chat lots in communal spaces, have funny/silly/sarcastic interactions, sometimes go out together or share food, host wee parties together, generally good vibes!
🍀Talking openly about things to make everyone happy, especially resolving conflicts quickly and directly. House meetings are a good idea!
🍀Shared sense of basic household eco-awareness (recycling, not wasting energy etc) is a must.
