Looking for shares to join or create a buddy up!

I'm moving up from England to be near my daughter and also study Computing Science then progress onto Cybersecurity at the local college/uni. I would like to find an existing share or create a new buddy up with others! I have listed that I'll have pets but if accomodation cant allow then they can stay down here with family. I'm a neat and tidy person and i keep to myself mostly however if i get along with people well enough then im happy to go out and do things too!
