Looking for a 3rd person to move in with us

Hey!

🏡 My friend Ioana and I are on the hunt for a third person to join us in moving into a 3-bedroom apartment in East Ldn.

We're aiming to move in by the end of June and mid-July. The apartment has amenities like a gym, pool, and concierge, local shops, restaurants, and more.

About us:

We’re 24 and 23, super chill, easy going and love a night in with Netflix (typical I know) but we also love going out and socialising after a long week of work.

We’re both very career driven and would want to live with someone who shares a similar mindset and hopefully someone we can become friends with.

The ideal person would be kind, respectful, considerate and independent. We are very clean and don’t like clutter and having stuff lying around so it would be great if we found someone who shares a similar style. The best way to describe the ideal space for us is a staged flat but with personality! haha

About Ioana:

💳 🎓Ioana works for a private membership club and studies full time at UAL so will mostly be out during the daytime.

✨ I enjoy nights in, traveling, video games and I’m in the process of starting my own fashion label. I value my personal space but I’m equally sociable and when not at work or studying, I’m always happy to have a chat and/or hang out :)

About Maria:

💻 I’m in tech sales and work from home, I will be home during weekdays unless I have events or travelling for work.

👩🏻 Outside of work, I love going to the gym, cooking, brunching and trying out different restaurants/galleries, traveling and wine nights or going to networking events.

✨ I really appreciate having my own space and quiet time, but I’m also very social and enjoy hanging out with friends and going out.
