Visiting researcher looking for a room 2-4 months

Hi! I’m Philipp, 32, from Berlin. I’m looking for a room in a shared flat for my 3.5-month research visit in Cambridge roughly from late February to early June, with some flexibility on the dates.

I’ve spent most of my adult life in shared flats and genuinely enjoy living with other people. I love cooking for me and others and I’m always up for trying new places to eat, a pub, or a spontaneous kitchen chat that turns into a late evening. That said, I’m reliable, clean, considerate, and know when to give people their space.

My research is on sustainable computing, so I'll probably work quite a bit, and hobby-wise I tend to go bouldering few times a week. I’ve lived in the UK before, and one of my main reasons for coming back is that, even if the winter is just as grim, the pubs are definitely cozier than in Berlin.
