Looking for a room

Hello. My name is Thomas and I am a very clean and quiet guy looking for a single or double room in Colchester or surrounding areas preferably.
Need to move to be close to my mum who is very ill with cancer and I would be coming down without a job but I'm not the sort of person to sit about and do nothing so I would be out every day looking for work and wouldn't stop until I found something.
If there is any landlord who thinks they could offer me something and someone who accepts universal credit for a short while please do get in contact with me.
I would prefer somewhere that has all bills included and I could get you character references from a few people at my current place of work.
