I'm 27 year old who is currently studying a Masters in Occupational therapy. Preferably would like to live with another student (for council tax reasons) but if it’s within budget happy to consider non students.

I’m looking for a someone to buddy up with (preferably female) in the Didsbury area, potentially Chorlton also.

I have my eye on an amazing two bed flat in Didsbury. The rent is £1400 however the estate agents said they would consider reducing the rent.
However would be open to searching with someone together for a two bed!

I’m tidy, friendly and love making a place feel like home! I would like to live with someone who is also clean/tidy.
I’m looking to be friends with my new flat mate but also completely respect people’s alone time and privacy

I enjoy doing arty things in my spare time such as needle punching and painting.
I also love exploring new places and going out for nice food/drinks.
