Professional seeking room in Maidstone

My name is Ryan, I'm a 38yr old professional and I am seeking a room to rent in or around the Maidstone area. I would prefer a room with internet access but would consider a room without. I am a full time quality assurance manager for a food manufacturing business based in Kent. I am easy to get on with and have great respect for other peoples property. I am a friendly person and very easy to get on with. I do not smoke but do not mind living in a house with smokers. I am very clean, have lived in house shares before so know the ins and outs of keeping up with shared household chores.
