Seeking an ensuite double room/bedsit

My name is Jeremy, I am 57 and looking for a double/large room/bedsit with ensuite bathroom, in a flat or house share. I'm looking to live roughly halfway between Dartford and Brighton. Areas of interest are Sussex and Kent ie around Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells area (or within 10-15 miles of there), and East Grinstead/Forest Row area (or within a few miles of there). I'm looking for a quiet, friendly household and a place where I can have my partner over every fortnight or so, for one night. I'm looking for a place where all bills are inclusive.

I need to give a months notice where I'm living now.
