Friendly & homely double - ability to WFH

Hi, moving to Hastings from Brighton by the end of summer.

I need somewhere to easily commute to work in the London office twice a week but ability to WFH (desk in bedroom or office space) the rest of the week, with good broadband. So within 20 mins walk to train stations is ideal.

Shared bathroom is fine but ensuite is a bonus. Would like parking access, permit or street parking nearby.

Would like to get to know new housemate(s) so it would be great if we had some things in common. But I'm quite independent and quiet, so can also keep to myself. I'm fairly chilled and enjoy good tv, movies or board games, and happy to have a chat over a cup of tea or glass of wine. Not a clubber or big drinker, quite the introvert!

Work full time in an education development charity. Was a teacher for many years and a musician, currently play in an orchestra each week, and have a partner in Hastings so will be out out a lot too.

I Would like to have a garden or at least some oudoor patio space, especially for the warmer weather. But isn't a deal breaker, especially if stone throws to the beach or other green space.

Dog lover but with a minor cat allergy I will avoid homes with cats, sadly.

Vegan so veggie house preferred but not a must, and I'm an environmentally friendly human being.

Enjoy walking and watching tennis and rugby. Looking forward to getting back into travelling in an environmentally conscious way.
