Outgoing Canadian looking for room

I’m quite sociable and easy to get along with. I love going out on the weekends whether to a pub or a concert, but also focus on work and have my down time during the week. I keep very tidy and clean and who respects other people’s space including common area. I’m super outgoing and love meeting new people. I listen to a ton of different music, and work in live events. I also like to keep active - I frequent the gym quite a bit and love playing football, tennis, and squash.
