Professional Female seeks 1 room

I am a professional working in events and music, looking for a welcoming and friendly space to live and also hybrid work a few days. I cook and bake regularly (willing to share!), am very tidy, and like to make the space feel as much like a home as possible. As a vocalist, I love all things artsy, historical, cultural and comedy related! I am looking for a room in a house or flat of up to 4 people, within walking distance of Tube lines. The property must have a living room, and preferably a balcony / garden and 2 WCs. Available to move with one month’s notice and have a budget of c.£900pcm not including bills.
