Retired professional lady seeks rental while looking for property in mid-west counties and across border into Wales. From 3 to 12 months possibly longer with all bills/wifi included,
preferably with one month's notice to terminate by mutual agreement .
I am looking for fully self-contained accommodation, furnished or part furnished, with ensuite shower/bathroom, own cooking facilities, preferably ground floor flat, annex or 1-2 bed property depending on price.
Would consider shared facilities except bathroom.
I am happy in my own company and respect the privacy of others. I enjoy company too and appreciate both light-hearted and in-depth discussions. I walk most days to enjoy our wonderful countryside and also keep fit with Tai Chi. Keen interest in living in a way that is kind to all animals, protects and nurtures our precarious eco-systems and our health.
