Large single room or a small double room wanted

Looking for a double room or large single room, in a clean, tidy, peaceful easy going house where people are respecting and considerate of everyone in the house or flat, preferred location is Little Ilford, it's important for me that the house is quiet at night. I am looking to move from the 15th of December, i am a newly qualified electrician at the moment, so hopefully i will be able to contribute more in rent, but for now my max budget is £600 PCM INCLUSIVE.
I am quite friendly, sociable and easy going person, but like most people, i like my personal space to retreat to from time to time (am sure that's not too much to ask for ;-)
I also do not smoke and i don't do drugs.
with regards to paying the rent, i have income coming in from my online works.
I am a clean and tidy person, and my friends and people who know me said i am very considerate and thoughtful person.
