Professional working male looking for a double en suite room. Very quiet and respectful 54 year old male who works in the area.

I’m looking for a nice room in a quiet house in the Newark/ Balderton area. I wouldn’t be there on a full time basis but would like to call it my own and use around my working commitments. Other times I travel back home to my long term other half.

I’m also a reasonable dab hand with diy and my skills also extend to some professional trades and I’m always happy to help out around the house if something is required, upon agreement.
