Looking for room in house/flat share

I am a 31 year old professional female working as a Lecturer in Adult Nursing. I’m looking for a single or double room with a budget of £850pcm. I enjoy socialising and would love to get to know my housemates and share a cup of tea and a chat, but equally I enjoy my own space sometimes and appreciate if housemates also enjoy their own time. I am very active and am usually at a workout class most evenings and enjoy sunny weekend walks as well as an evening indoors with Netflix and a hot chocolate. I would like to share with like minded females or males ideally between 20 and 40 years old.
