Two rooms wanted in the same household

Hi, I'm Simon I'm 31 and from Greece.
I'm looking for two rooms one for me and one for my friend Yiannis who is 28 and from Greece as well. I am working as a chef and my mate as a waiter.
We both spend our free time in the gym working out, cycling, we go to gigs together or to the pub for a few drinks sometimes. We would like to share with just one more flatmate so we look for no more than 3 bed property. We don' t want to share with a student only professionals please, clean and tidy person. We hope we find someone we can sociolise with.
