Looking for double room in East London

Thanks for looking at my ad. I’m male 36 looking for a double room or temporary houseboat around East London, Hackney, Stoke Newington, De Beauvoir town, Hackney Wick, Bethnal Green, ideally with a living room. Ideally, I'd like to move around early September 2022, but can be flexible.

What I'm looking for is a house or flatshare with like-minded people who want to make it a home together.

In terms of rent, I am looking to pay around £800 a month including bills.

About me, I have been living in London for six and a hlaf years now. I'm currently completing a fully-funded PhD at UCL within the Ecobrain programme and I am also part-time contracting in Data Science (which means I have a secure income; and am regularly working from my office at university).

In my free time, I keep fit with bouldering, running, yoga and play the guitar. I enjoy good food with friends, as well as relaxing with a good book or netflix.
