I am a 30-year-old Spanish guy currently living in Edinburgh and planning a move to Birmingham in late February. I’ve been in the UK for six years with settled status and work remotely for a tech start-up (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30).
Because I work from home, I’m looking for a quiet, comfortable, and clean environment with reliable internet. I’m very tidy and respectful of shared spaces; I value a good balance of socialising and quiet time—I’m always happy to chat or share a coffee, but I also enjoy my own downtime.
A bit about me:
Interests: I’m quite outdoorsy and spend a lot of time exploring the city on foot. I also enjoy cooking, fitness, and the occasional live event or drinks out.
Logistics: since I am from Spain, I don’t have a UK guarantor, but I can provide solid work references, proof of income, and payslips to make the process easy.
What I’m looking for:
Location: Birmingham City Centre or close by (walking distance or quick transport links). I’m not looking for anywhere too far out from the centre.
Budget: £600/700 (preferably all bills included).
Room: A furnished double room, ideally with an en-suite.

I am very happy to do online video calls for viewings at your convenience. I will also be in Birmingham for viewings on:
Feb 7th & 8th (Saturday/Sunday)
Move-in Date: I am looking to move in the weekend of February 28th/March 1st.
