Because I work varying shift patterns (including weekends), I’m a very respectful and quiet housemate. I value a clean and tidy living space where everyone does their bit to keep things looking good.
I’m generally quite independent and enjoy my own company/downtime when I’m home from a long shift. That said, I’m happy to be social and have a chat in the kitchen! I’m not necessarily looking for a "dinner party" house, but I’d love to live with people who are friendly and easy-going.
I love the Kelham area and would ideally like to be close to the local amenities, but I'm very happy with Neepsend or Shalesmoor too.
