Mature student looking for room/flat in SE1

I am a mature student, studying Therapeutic Radiography & looking for a place to live from early August. Ideally, I'd like somewhere to call home from August 2026 until I graduate in July 2028.

I spent 50% of the academic year on clinical placement which is 4 days a week, with the other half on theory which is mostly taught on campus. I have previously lived in shared houses & am a clean & responsible person - I don't leave dirty plates in the sink for days like other students I've lived with previously.

I pride myself of being respectful & kind to others, evidenced by volunteering for a queer man’s charity here in the city. I’m sociable but equally enjoy my alone time & would prefer to live with similar people. I can provide references from previous landlords.
