Physics Teacher - tidy, sociable

Hiya, I am looking for a bright room in a shared place. Only require washer and internet. Ideal budget is <£800pm but can budget up to £850 if appropriate. I will be looking to have an simple commute under 90 minutes to Colfe's school (Lee station) via public transportation. Preferred areas not exclusive. I believe in tidiness AND cleanliness; I follow the Marie Kondo method. I am very amenable and responsible when it comes to making sure there's always soap or lou roll! Personally, I love chatting and socialising, learning other cultures and different languages (Greek, Italian, Arabic, Hebrew, Mandarin, Malay, Spanish, and growing!). If I could be picky, I would love it if the room had a window that faced East as I am a morning person and depend on sunlight for my energy when London allows it XD. I am very respectful of personal space and communal areas and am willing to work within someone's established system of living arrangements if this applies to you.
