25 year old professional and cat looking for home

i'm looking to either buddy up, or find an existing long term flat or room to rent with my cat. i'm looking for somewhere that is:

- situated within one mile of a train station with links to london bridge / waterloo
- cat friendly landlord/housemates
- easy access to ground floor/garden for my cat as he spends most of his time outside
- no more than 1- 2 other housemates ideally

i'm ideally looking in the Folkestone area, but open to other areas in Kent and London as long as they're well connected.

About Atticus

Atti is my four year old tabby cat who loves going outside, sitting on laps and his food. he's very friendly, outgoing, adventurous and affectionate but also enjoys his own space.

He gets on well with everyone including other cats and dogs - he has lived with a german shepherd for most of his life.

he goes to the toilet outside and uses his scratching post so wont cause any annoying smells or damage. All around the most low maintenance cat I've ever known 🥰

About me

I'm a very easy going person who enjoys staying in as much as going out. I work as a PR manager in the tourism industry and work from home most days, going into my office in London once or twice a week.

I'm quite an introverted, quiet person and value my own space and company but I would also enjoy hanging out over a glass of wine every once in a while :)
