Professional Male, 30, looking for a room

Hi, I'm Liam. I'm a 30 year old looking for a room in SW London area - Tooting, Balham, Wandsworth, Clapham, Streatham

I would be looking to pay around a maximum of about £950+ bills.

I work in education as a secondary school teacher in Tooting so wouldn't need capacity to WFH as I'll be out in the week. I often go to the gym or rugby training after work and play on most Saturdays, so already live quite an active life.

I'm a pretty sociable and chilled person, and would suit whatever dynamic you have. It would be nice to be in a home with people who like to do things together, but I also am lucky to have a good social life too and may be out some evenings. I'm a clean and tidy person, so would happily do my fair share of housework and contribute to any joint costs etc.

I enjoy cooking and can host a mean BBQ, most sports (particularly rugby), comedy nights, museums and art galleries, board game nights, staying in or going out. Just generally soaking up what London has to offer.
