Looking for a flat

I’m a nurse working regular -ish hours in a private opthamology clinic Monday through Friday.
I recently joined a triathlon club and spend a lot of my extra time training, however like to balance this out with socialising!
I am clean and tidy and sociable, aiming to make a friend through flat share/buddying up and definitely someone you can offload your day onto.
I’ve been in Edinburgh for three years now so know the city well and have an establish group of friends that I hang out with mostly outside of the flat.
The only time I’d make a big of noise in the flat would be with my turbo trainer and bike in an evening for max one hour to train.

I like sports - rugby, cycling, running and triathlon and like to go to the pub to watch the rugby or at Edinburgh.

I’m not a party girl, prefer quiet pints in the pub. Otherwise I don’t drink much and I don’t go out a lot.

I’m flexible about who I share with and have been sharing flats with several other people for three years. Anyone 24/25 plus if you’re happy too.
