30yo kiwi looking for a double room in SW ✨

I’m Jess, 30 from New Zealand. I am looking for a long-term, double, (preferably) furnished room in South West.

I have been in London for coming up 2 years, living in Acton, but am hoping to move closer to where all of my friends are located - Balham/Tooting/Putney.
Super self sufficient with my own life going on, but would love to join a house where we can also spend some time together and be friends. I take a lot of pride in my house and hoping to live with others that also want to keep a clean homely space. 😊

I enjoy a night out, gig or a few at the local, but also very much down to stay in watch a movie and get a takeaway. Monday - Friday is rather chill for me as I work typically 9am -7pm to overlap with the US, but always like to get out and about on the weekends. - I am on the hunt for the best eggs bene, and Sunday roast! I also help host some Kiwis in London events. 🇳🇿 😎

I work as an EA to global senior leaders based in the UK & US for a large advertising and production agency, and do work from home most days - the dream room would come with or have enough space for a desk!


I can be flexible with move in dates, as I just need to find someone to replace me in my current room.
