Short Term Let in Kegworth

I'm a mature PhD student, based on the Sutton Bonington campus looking for a furnished room or a small house in Kegworth. I'd be happy with a one-bedroom place or a house share with up to three bedrooms.

I'm usually at the university during the week, and outside of that I'm either at the gym, playing badminton, or at the library. I'm tidy, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces.

At the moment I'm looking for an initial three-month contract, but I'd be more than happy to stay longer if the house is a good fit and everything works out well.
