So let's start from the beginning, my name is Bart and I just got a job offer in Poulton-le-Fylde. I'll work as a veg grower using modern hydroponic systems and caring for glasshouses. I'm about to start in a few weeks, ideally, the moving-in date would be mid-July or end of July 2024. The closer to Poulton-le-Fylde, the better, but I don't mind the countryside within a 10-mile radius (I live now on a farm next to a tiny Welsh village).

I am looking for the place that would be:
- A separate CABIN/LODGE just for myself (ideally).
- unfurnished (just with bed & fridge)
- bills included
- En Suite bathroom/own kitchenette if room in shared house!
- have a space for a long car (Honda Accord estate)

I'm not quite sure what I could add here, I'm sorry if this became too lengthy. I'm a very methodical person and I like it "black on white". Communication is the key.

I can supply references from my ex-landlord (a private one, because I don't like greedy letting agencies and what they do with the housing/renting market). I'm sure she's got only good things to say about me, because since when you're complaining about tenants that wash carpets, and repaint the walls in a flat they rent, right?

I will be mainly down to my own business, reading books, and perfecting my craft. When I play video games/watch films in my free time (if I get any) I use headphones most of the time so I'm not noisy.

Previously I used to work for Plumpton College & 'One Garden' near Brighton where I also studied (working with kids, etc I could supply references from them, DBS as well if needed), and most recently at Advanced Growers just outside Hereford.

Earlier, I worked 10 years for the NHS (mainly A&E) at the University Hospital in Brighton, and 3 years at the LAB for a private med company doing quality assurance, but also in the film industry (part-time). I've seen it all.

I am a mega-clean individual and would be happy to occupy/share a household in a similar environment (no mold/damp/wet and calling it "oh lovely & sunny" as agencies
do).

I used to have sub lodgers for a few months in my previous flat to help me out with the costs and I'd rather not share the household with students ever again.

I don't mind pets. I used to have dogs as a kid, and a farm cat so I'm ok with animals.

I'd appreciate a not-too-busy area, where I can replenish my energy levels after work. For many years I've dealt with the general public/patients/customers/stress, etc. I really would appreciate a place where I can truly rest and concentrate on project-related stuff, ideally surrounded by woods or near a park/river, etc.

I lived in the center of Brighton for many years (before moving to a smaller town) and I really suffered due to troublemakers, neighbors' screaming kids, constantly barking dogs, door banging, or running TV 24/h on max volume so I really would appreciate a nice and CALM place to live.

Happy to hear some propositions, the budget can be adjusted if the place is worthy.
