Looking for stability

I am a genuine, approachable, friendly, hard-working, and resilient individual. I'm turning 30 in January. My current landlord is selling his place, I really don't want to move but it is inevitable and here I am finding something else.

Need somewhere/ a room to call home providing me with some stability for me and my dog. Flexible and open-minded to sorting out a contract, cleaning schedule, etc.

I am an animal-assisted therapist practitioner, coordinating wellbeing sessions out and about for children and young people with my trusted canine companion. I also do a mix of therapy dog training, intervention training, and Occupational Therapy work. Re-locating will not affect my workload, I am a car driver and been independent for a long time.

I have experience living with others right from a very young age, I can provide references that shows a good track record for being a reliable tenant.

My dog is a trained and certified therapy dog who is also registered as an emotional support animal. He is a very good boy, fine-hair and clean, neutered, quiet, gentle, trained, got communiction buttons, good with kids, welsh springer spaniel breed. You will have no trouble and I need to find something that offers both of us some stability because finding somewhere long term as a 'lodger' is always hard and would prefer to find something that is suitable snd stable for my dog.
