The room should come with a good angle (not too much sun during the day), wardrobe and some more storage space, double bed, and fit my home office desk 3x a week.
I'm seeking work-life balance, am uncomplicated to share with when atmosphere and standards are right, and wouldn't mind
occasional chats over morning coffee or evening wine .
I'm practising car free living ;) - so nearby transport links are vital.
