Young female professional in London

Hi! Been working in London for a few years and now looking for a new place to stay that’s closer to central. Here’s some info about myself and expectations for the flat and my flatmate:

About myself:
Quite international background, very respectful, open minded and chill. Originally from China, did my undergrad and postgrad in the UK; in Japan for a year; volunteered in Africa for a few weeks.

Sociable person and easy to talk to, and also need plenty of down time at home.

I’m working in data science consulting role, and currently working hybrid (2 days in office per week). I dance, go bouldering, play video games and draw.

After work I usually do one of my hobbies or cook at home. I’d say 3 out of 5 weekdays I’m out doing something. During weekend I usually have quite a lot of activities outside.

Preference for the flat:
Location: Zone 1, close to tube stations. Looking for mainly flats near old street / Farringdon.
Room: must live with females, must have my own bathroom, prefer 2b2b, and I’d like to be in an ensuite, share with up to 2 other female flatmates; need much space for storage; prefer bathtub
Other: want to stay somewhere close to grocery shops and safe, easy to find maintenance

Flatmate expectations:
Hope to find 1 or 2 professional female flatmates around similar age (25-32 yo ish) and experience

My ideal flatmate-ship is like friendly colleagues - I’m happy to hangout occasionally and bond with you, but at the same time I need lots of space and so I hope that we respect that for each other.

Hope you are easy to talk to, clean, chill, and not party animals. I don’t have a partner or plan to bring people (friends or partner) often to my room.

My budget is flexible up till 1600 ish.
