Looking- Double Room/ Flat share/Flat: Edinburgh

Hello, I'm Rif. Been in Edinburgh 4 years now (Most of it in lockdown lol) so got a lot of Scotland to adventure. Originally from Sussex near Brighton.

Looking to buddy up with people to share ideally a nice place close/walking distance to city centre (25 mins).
I work a hybrid model so most days in office with some at home, but will be predominantly office based.
I work in Financial services and work pattern is 9-5 Mon to Fri.
I also travel back and forth from Sussex and up here once every other month or so, so you would have flat to yourself quite regularly for weeks at a time.
I'm very easy going and chilled.
open to sharing with anyone who also has a similar routine but not set in stone at all, so pretty much open to sharing with anyone really.

I'm very sociable and happy to chill and go on adventures etc but also respect others personal space and enjoy me time as well through the week.
