I’m a mid-30s professional woman working in marketing, originally from Canada (here on a long-term visa). I’m looking for a long-term let in a room share or a studio/1-bed flat. I have local references from former landlords and house sits.

I’m a non-smoker, rarely drink, and am not a partier. I always pay my rent and bills on time. I'm also mindful of energy and water use and take good care of the space I live in. I work from home sometimes but usually at a coworking space.

As a housemate, I’m friendly, considerate, and communicative, and value a clean, peaceful, and respectful living environment. I enjoy hanging out with my flatmate but also appreciate the need for solo time and personal space. I also love pets and am happy to live with them! I can help out with their care if you travel away.

In my free time, I love reading, visiting cafes, taking day trips around Scotland, and spending time in Edinburgh’s nature. I’m also into yoga, the gym, cycling, live music, and exploring art galleries and museums.
