29yo seeks friendly house share :)

Hi! I’m Louisa, 29, and I’m an editor working in central London a couple of times a week, WFH the rest.

I’m looking for a room in an existing all-female household, with 2-4 people in the house in total.

My current tenancy ends on 30 September so need to move out by then at the latest, but there is a bit of wiggle room on that for the right place.

I’ve loved living in north London for the past couple of years so am super keen to stay, particularly as I have friends + fam here :) A garden would be a huge bonus 🪴

Areas I’m looking at:
Crouch End, Hornsey, Muswell
Hill, Archway, Stroud Green, Finsbury Park, Stoke Newington

A bit about me ☀️ I’m really into arts/culture and love exploring London, going to standup comedy, outdoor swimming (lido/the ladies’ pond), theatre (will see most things), cinema, learning languages, pub quizzes, and generally having a good chat and a laugh!

In terms of flat vibe, I prefer to live in a clean, calm space with friendly people down for a good chat, though I also value my own space to unwind. I’m a very respectful and considerate flatmate. I also prefer living somewhere where the telly isn’t on in the communal areas as background noise by default. Not looking for a party flat (I’m looking for somewhere quiet at night), but of course am open to people having their pals round for dinner etc :)

I’ve always gotten along really well with my housemates (and made some lovely friends along the way! Thanks SpareRoom), it’s important to me that I get on well with whoever I’m living with.

I personally have high standards for myself in terms of keeping things clean and tidy, very much a clean-up-as-I-go kind of person. I hope my future flatmates feel the same way about keeping everything nice. I’m also a vegetarian but am used to sharing the kitchen with non-veggies 🌱
