Description
Looking for a flat in a 2 bed.
I’m a 27-year-old professional based in London for about a year now. I’m looking for a new place or a buddy-up (girls only) to find a 2-bed, 2-bath flat looking to move in late March to early April as my current tenancy ends mid-April.
A bit about me: I’m Kenyan and moved to the UK about 9 years ago. I work as a consultant, primarily from home 3–4 days a week. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and staying active — I go to the gym and into yoga and meditation.
I’m very easy-going but would prefer a tidy flat. I would describe myself as introverted, though sociable. I wouldn’t mind hanging out and catching up in communal areas, but I usually need alone time to recharge. I’d love a place that feels like home, which comes from being respectful and accommodating of each other.
My key priorities are having my own bathroom, being in a safe area, and having good transport connections. When I commute, I leave quite early, so I’d like to be near the Jubilee or Northern lines for easy access to London Bridge. It would also be nice to live somewhere with easy access to third spaces (coffee shops, etc.)
If you think we’d be a good fit, feel free to reach out. I’m currently eyeing Bermondsey, London Bridge, and the Greenwich area.
