Hi, my name is Kris
I am currently living in Leamington Spa but I am requiring a room to move into in August/September.
I am a very polite and social person who mixes well with others and is
easy going by nature with a calm demeanor.
Ideally I would like to find somewhere that has a relatively relaxed atmosphere and is very clean and tidy with a person or persons aged 30 or over.
Currently I am not working due to some ongoing health issues but I intend to return to work again after I have completed treatment. I am financially self sufficient and can provide proof of this through bank statements and if needs be I can pay 2 months rent up front. I can also provide strong references from 3 previous landlords who can all confirm my rent has always been paid on time and in full and that I have taken care to keep my room clean and tidy as well as the common areas of the house. I also have a guarantor should one be required.
