Room required for January move

Hi, my name is Kris
I am requiring a room from the 26th of January as my tenancy is due to expire next month.
I am currently based in Cardiff but am open to moves elsewhere in the vale.
For now I am not working due to a health condition but I intend to seek employment after I have completed a treatment programme.
In the meantime I have the finances to support myself and can provide good references from 3 previous landlords who can all confirm my rent has always been paid on time and in full and that I have taken care to keep my room clean and tidy as well as the common areas of the house. I also have a guarantor.
I am a very polite and social person who mixes well with others and is
easy going by nature with a calm demeanor.
Ideally I would like to find somewhere that has a relatively relaxed atmosphere with people who are past the 'hard partying' stage of their lives.
