Ideally looking for a buddy up, to rent a flat

I work full time from home, i am just want a room with a good amount of space or the option to work in the living room.

I'm respectful and spend most weekends out and weekdays in my room. I don't smoke and barely drink. Workout 5 days a week. Work, gym, cook, game. I am animal friendly and if you have furniture it is fine with me.

I am available to move at short notice, buddy up preferred as i want to find somewhere to stay long term.
