Young couple looking to buddy up (or for a room).

Hi,

We’re Gemma and Wyatt (22 and 26), we’ve lived in Liverpool a year and a half now and love the place. We’re looking to buddy up with 1-3 others on a house at the end of June, ideally with at least one other professional to share the council tax. Our budget is £800 with bills and tax included (but would prefer cheaper) and we’d be sharing a room. A parking space would be handy but not a deal breaker if not. A bit about us- Wyatt’s originally from North Carolina but he’s decent for an American. He loves basketball and came to England to play for a local team. He works full time in the city centre at the moment doing shitty office stuff but has things set up to start work in a college soon.

I’m from Brighton and worked as a painter and decorator for a few years but now study Animal Biology and am starting a placement working in conservation research at Chester Zoo. I also work part time at a pizza place and bring home free pizza pretty much every shift ;)

We travel a lot, whenever we can make it fit around work we’ll book the cheapest flights away, so you’d have the place to yourself sometimes. Plus we’d both be working full time and don’t spend much time at home after hours anyway- we like being out and about when we can. We’re also both alright cooks and very happy to share, Wyatt eats meat and I’m vegan so there’ll be options.

We’ve lived in 4 house shares over the last 3 years and have got on well with everyone, made a few lifelong friends.

We’re easygoing housemates, pretty chill and always tidy. Always up for a pint too, not big on a heavy night out but have never turned down a few at the pub.
