Looking for place in January

I'm 29 years old, work for a company that does research into healthcare. My job is to be the guy who figures out how we use AI to do what we do better.

I work half in office, half at home.

In my spare time I:
- Walk around in nature (I'm a bird watcher and can't believe I put that on my spare room ad, especially so early on)
- Go to concerts - I'm into a mix of indie/rock/electronic/pop
- Make music on my laptop (with headphones, so no need to worry about noise, also happy to do a sound test if anybody is concerned)
- Read - I like learning about stuff like psychology, environmentalism, philosophy, politics
- Watch a lot of YouTube
- See friends around London
- Neglect my plants

I'm more on the side of housemate you see once a day who's usually doing his own thing rather than the life and soul of the party. I believe the word is: 'introverted'.

Previous housemates have said I am:
- Considerate about noise
- Relaxed
- Clean (I mean in the kitchen, but I also shower everyday (not bragging))

- I am useful for bulk buying new supplies on amazon prime before we run out of things
- I'm good at negotiating landlords down when they try random rent increases
- I have a really good drying rack that I can use to barter for my position in the spare room
- If you like me I have quite a few siblings who are very similar and you'll get to meet them too

I'm looking for:
- Friendly housemates
- Somewhere relatively quiet
- Somewhere where people get on and there isn't a mad amount of drama (I'm too old for that)
- Somewhere close to the hackney marshes (because I can't bear to leave their side)
