Single Professional - Dad - Limited Custody

I'm a 39 year old professional. I've been in my current house share for 2 years with a live in landlord, but he is now selling up. Reference available.

I have two girls, aged 6 and 4 who I have with me every other weekend. They're good, polite girls and sleep very well. We are usually out and about making the most of our time together.

The weekend I don't have my girls, im usually away visiting my partner.

I work in Brighton 4 days a week and at home once a week, so i would need space for a desk in my room, along with a decent broadband connection and phone signal. I'm out the door at around 630am and home between 1930 and 2000 most weekdays. I like a tidy home and I love to cook (mexican, spanish, indian, thai, french etc). I drive so parking is a must .

I'd like to live with someone at ease with children, someone who is respectful, polite, conisderate, tidy and easy going as I am.
