Female professional looking for a double room

Hi!
After 5 years in the same place, it's now time for something new: I'm looking for a spacious double room for myself in Putney, Southfields, or Wimbledon area (close to a District line station). Max 3-4 people in total (including myself).
I have a budget of £850 per month bills included.
I am a British-Italian professional and work Mod-Fri at the office, on occasion I might have to work from home.
Happy to share a meal or a glass of wine/G&T, but respectful of each other space and stuff. I enjoy a clean place and always clean after myself.
Non-smoking house, please. Love pets.
En-suite would be a plus, as well as balcony or garden.
Preferably no carpet. Complete bathroom please, no separate toilet.
I love going to the cinema, reading and listening to music (hard rock and metal mostly - don't worry, I use headphones so I won't bother you!).
The bedroom needs to be big enough for my desk and small pieces of furniture I am bringing with me.
