Looking For A Room

hi, I’m Eugene, I’m 30 years old.
I do electronic music, and other things like photography, etcetera.
I’m self employed, and I do refurbishment and sales of electronic musical instruments.
I’m in a relatively urgent need of a space when I can have enough privacy, and do my stuff, but
it’s also very important to match with people in a shared house, and to like each other.
I would enjoy living with people with similar preferences. so that we also can spend time together, chatting, listening to music, drinking tea, or whatever. ideally it should be a balance between a necessary solitude and a nice connection with people.
I’m a heavy smoker, but I smoke only cigarettes. I do not do drugs and stuff, and I don’t really do parties.
very often I function as a completely nocturnal being, but I don’t make noises in the night time.
my budget is somewhat flexible, and my moving date currently is flexible as well, but ideally by the end of the month (May).
