Wanted: Cat friendly double room for female

Hi!

My name is Hannah (28, female) from Hertfordshire. I’m currently living at home following a relationship breakup, but have lived in London for three years in house shares. I work in Communications for University College London (UCL) in Bloomsbury and hybrid work with a couple of days in the office a week.

What I’m looking for:
A cat-friendly double room in a house/flat share with garden access, with friendly, considerate housemates, ideally within an all girls house but open to mixed! I come as a package deal with my cat, Jeff, who is the loveliest orange boy and is insured, neutered, litter box trained, microchipped and regularly de-flead. He’s no bother and loves some attention and play time. Because of Jeff I’d need a space with a garden as he likes to go outside. I’m flexible in terms of move in date as I’m currently at home. Also open to buddy ups for those happy to live with a cat and would like to house hunt together!

A bit about me:
I’m a keen runner having done the London marathon this year and also love cooking, yoga classes, reality TV and grabbing a matcha and exploring charity shops on the weekend. I’d love somewhere to call home with like-minded people who are open to having a cup of tea and a chat, movie nights but also value their own space. I’m considerate and tidy - clean and tidy shared spaces are very important to me.
