Buddy up for a two bed flat?

My name’s Olive, a queer, 26 year old gal. I’ve been living in London for five years now and I absolutely love it here.

Due to major flooding my former housemate I had to move out of our flat effective immediately. She had to move back home to her parents, and I am currently crashing at my partners. I’d like to live in a two-bed flat with another person (open to a couple!) and am able to move asap.

I’m a musical theatre performer and have worked abroad as a singer and dancer. Whilst I’m here in London and auditioning, I’m working full-time in a climbing gym. Let’s go climbing together? I love spending time outdoors, whether that’s a picnic in a park or (hopefully!) having coffee in our garden/balcony. Although my own room can a little messy, I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy as I think it’s respectful! I’m all up for sharing household items such as cleaning items and milk etc, of course depending on what you would prefer. I’m fairly social, I like to have friends over for brunch/dinner, and sometimes having friends/my partner round to stay. I can provide references from friends, previous flatmates, and previous landlord/estate agents, and would be more than happy to FaceTime to see if we’d fit together.

My budget would be £1150 with bills included, so ideally looking for a flat under £2000 for the pair of us. It’s important to me to have a separate living room, additional to the two bedrooms. Ideally I’d love a balcony or garden, but I know these can be hard to find!
