Hi!

We’re a friendly, respectful couple looking for a double room to rent on a long-term basis.

We’re both clean, tidy, and easy to get along with. We respect other people’s space, keep shared areas clean, and are quiet and considerate housemates. We’re both professionals and have recently relocated to the area, so we’re looking for somewhere we can call home for the foreseeable future.

We’re ideally looking for:

* A double room
* Long-term rental
* Bills included (preferred)
* Good transport links would be a bonus
