Short Term Place Wanted (Flexible Budget)

Hello, my name is Timothy. I’m an entrepreneur based in London.

I’ve recently moved back from the United States, where I lived for the past six years. I currently run a business called The Lift Tec Academy, where we train the crane operators of tomorrow. I genuinely enjoy the work and spend most of my weekdays at our small office in central London, either with our team or out visiting suppliers and clients.

I’m in the process of relocating back to the US but am waiting on my visa to be approved. In the meantime, I’m looking for a place to stay in London on a short term basis and would probably want to try the arrangement for 30 days to see if we're a good fit. I am however open-minded and flexible on the timeline/requirements.

A little about me: I’m in my early 30s. I enjoy the gym, healthy eating, and a fairly active lifestyle. I don’t drink alcohol myself, though I’ve got absolutely no issue with people who do. I’m respectful, tidy, independent, and easy to live with. Happy to set up a meeting to discuss suitability.

My budget is relatively uncapped, although I do appreciate a good deal. My non-negotiables are:

A private en suite bathroom

Sharing with no more than one other person (total household of two including me)

If your setup doesn’t meet those points, please don’t reach out, as it won’t be considered.

I’m also open to one-bedroom flat options, preferably furnished, as I don’t currently own any furniture.
