Looking for Single Housemate

I'm Luna, a professional working full time in student facing welfare and enrichment. Outside of work I enjoy writing, producing music, crafting, reading, watching TV/movies, hiking, camping, pole dance and socialising. I am an amateur performance artist and spoken word poet.

I am currently looking for a dual occupancy with a vacancy or another renter who is looking to share a dual occupancy. I'm generally clean, quiet and communicative so I would be looking for the same in a housemate.

I'm neurodivergent (autism, ADHD) and I would ideally be looking for a housemate who is neurodivergent or who is used to living or working with neurodivergent people.

I work from home 2 days a week and I consider myself a homebody, but I also have a partner so I spend quite a lot of time out of the house, too. I like having small dinner parties and hosting friends for activities and socials.

A bathtub is required, garden is essential. Parking is preferred but not necessary. I am not open to households with dogs. I have some of my own furniture; unfurnished or part furnished properties would be ideal but furniture is definitely not a deal breaker.
